Ardans,
 
As per administrative vote, the petition system has been
removed until further notice.
 
There are currently dozens of petitions waiting for Valinor
to implement.  The influx exceeds what we can keep up with
coding.
 
We encourage players with good ideas and coding skill to
"immort apply" and help us both implement new ideas and
fix bugs in existing areas.
